Brownmill Stallions Ranch’s Origin and History
A truly unique American dude ranch, Brownmill Ranch has been in operation for over 80 years. During this time, four generations of the Brownmill family have been welcoming guests to their domestic mountain paradise and sharing its natural beauty, comfortable lodge accommodations, and stable of fine trail riding horses.
Brownmill Farms is one of the oldest and most respected warmblood breeders in the United States. We have been producing sporthorses of quality since the start. Proudly, Browmill Stallions was the home of the most famous stallions – DONAUWIND – who sired the Olympic Gold and Silver Medal Winner ABDULLAH. With over 80 years of breeding and importation of bloodstock from Germany, Brownmill Stallions has established excellent contacts in the industry and offers consultation and buying services to breeders in the United States.
